Required Experience/Skills:


- At least 5 years overall IT experience


nbsp;2+ years of experience working as Technical support Engineer


nbsp;Hands on experience working with & debugging Web applications in Windows environments, across browsers (IE, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari (iOS


nbsp;Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in windows environment, good problem solving skills.


nbsp; Familiarity with remote desktop applications / remote desktop support.


nbsp;Experience working with ticketing tools.


nbsp;Good documentation skills.
