SiteCore 9 infrastructure administration

Hands on technical ability with design installation and configuration and administration of Windows sitecore and azure environment. Assist with website migrations and web applications. Operate and administer the environment once the websites are built into the new infrastructure. Both US citizen and GC holders are both okay.

Demonstrated technical knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Windows OS and SQL-Server in support of SiteCore Familiarity with networking and ADFS Strong verbal and written communication skills

Candidate will work with Project Team to implement, configure, operate and administer SiteCore 9 on Azure in support of the Bank's Public and Intranet website redesign and migration program. Act as the primary point of contact for the Sitecore instance and execute the role of Local SiteCore Support Group (LSSG) Administrator. LSSG Admin owns the Sitecore instance and has full control of the tenant: Work with the website owners to develop onboarding schedule. Plan and implement multiple sites on instances of Sitecore multiple access roles to align with internal content owners. Implement appropriate performance monitoring and analytics reporting. Additional job responsibilities: Review vendor installation and configuration documentation Install, configure, administer and operate software and document procedures Perform a security assessment Develop a security checklist Implement, test and document security settings Identify, configure and test connectivity to multiple infrastructure components (databases, firewalls) Develop application deployment processes and standards Identify monitoring, logging and automation options Perform capacity analysis and performance tuning Administer and enforce IT standards and processes Work with Project Team on Service and Operational Design Possible overtime requirement Define windows for website upgrades. Manage regression testing and ensure that each site on the instance is tested when any of the site hosted on the instance is upgraded Co-ordinate with National IT End User Services on version management, patches and upgrades. Keep solutions current and test for software, middleware, and infrastructure upgrades. Support all applicable policies, processes, and standards compliance such as risk management, information security, and auditing. Work with internal and external teams (e.g. Services Delivery) to meet integration requirements. Act as local support for the teams that have their websites on your instance. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Demonstrate technical skills needed for production support. Determine district-specific needs surrounding the security and data models and work with the LSSG application developer (see below) to implement District-specific customization following FRS standard change protocol after consulting with EUS and Local InfoSec groups. Respond to solution-related questions from stakeholders. Leverage the Local InfoSec group to complete application/solution related activities like Pen Test, etc. Engage in meetings pertaining to solution life cycle management. Maintain solution-related documentation and artifacts. Assist business and accounting department to research ADAS charges for supported applications. Promote Sitecore solution packages from development to QA instances following standard FRS change control protocol using automated deployment solutions. Coordinate with other teams using the instance to promote solution packages from QA to production following standard FRS change control protocol. This process can be accomplished using Azure DevOps pipeline using internally provided guardrails. Maintain the code base for all in-house developed software in a source management tool. Attend the Sitecore Technology workgroup call and share best practices during the call. Demonstrated technical knowledge administering, configuring and operating the following SiteCore 9 components and features: ADFS Campaign Creator Experience Analytics Experience Editor Marketing Automation Path Analyzer Sitecore Powershell Extensions (SPE) Sitecore Forms Search SXA Capability Application Insights Azure AD Azure Search Campaign Creator Experience Analytics Experience Editor JSS Marketing Automation Path Analyzer Sitecore Forms Sitecore Powershell Extensions (SPE) SXA Capability Upload Filter Demonstrated technical ability and experience designing, installing, configuring, securing, operating, and administering Microsoft SiteCore v9 on Azure including, but not limited to, SC-9 features, plugins, security, multi-tenancy, authentication and data model configuration and integration.
